1. Policy Summary

All sales are final for change of mind unless the item qualifies under the return windows below or is defective, misdescribed, or not delivered.

2. Return Windows

  • Standard items: 14 days from carrier‑confirmed delivery

  • Higher‑value items: 30 days from carrier‑confirmed delivery

3. Eligibility Requirements

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging. Non‑returnable items:

  • Custom items

  • Perishables

  • Items labeled Final Sale

4. Defective or Misdescribed Items

Report within the return window with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund regardless of final‑sale status.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Restocking Fees

Applied based on fulfillment stage:

Packing initiated 10%
Packing completed 20%
Ready for shipment 30%

 

7. Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

8. Refund Processing

Refunds issued within 3–5 business days after inspection. Deductions may include restocking fees and return shipping.

9. Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to contact us before filing a chargeback.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights regarding defective goods.
