Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier rates. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed once shipped. Tracking may take 24 hours to update.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

Report within 7 days of carrier delivery date. We will repair, replace, or refund items confirmed lost or damaged.

 Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Split Shipments

We may ship items separately depending on availability.
